What delivery options are available when booking?
You can pick up your vehicle directly from our agency in our office, or order a delivery to your hotel, airport, or any other address in Tbilisi. Delivery fees depend on the distance.
How does payment work?
No advance payment is required at booking. Full rental payment and the security deposit are settled at vehicle pick-up. The security deposit is fully refunded upon return of the vehicle in good condition.
What are the requirements for a driver?
The minimum age of a driver is 21 years. The minimum driving experience is 1 year. A passport and a driver's license are required.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, it's obligatory. The deposit amount depends on the selected vehicle.
What about fuel policy?
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level.
Are there any winter tires?
Yes, all cars are equipped with winter tires during winter season.
Can you deliver car to the airport?
Yes, you can pick up the car directly at the airport. We have a Meet&Greet service, our delivery manager will meet you at the airport to handover the car immediately upon arrival.
Is it possible to return a car in another city?
Yes, by prior agreement, you can return the car in any city of Georgia that is convenient for you.
Is it possible to add a second driver?
Yes, an additional driver is available when registering a rental absolutely free of charge.
Is it possible to rent a car with pets?
Of course, but we will be glad if you keep the interior of the car clean in the same perfect condition in which we will provide it to you.
Is it possible to book a car without prepayment?
We do not need an advance payment to book a car! Your documents are enough for us to confirm the booking. Be careful, scammers may ask you to transfer the prepayment.
Is it possible to arrange a rental without visiting the office?
You do not need to visit our office to book a car, you can book a car online. In any case, you can always visit our office if you wish, if you wish to get to know the staff personally!
Is a free cancellation possible?
We are well aware that any plans may change, so notify us in advance if something in your plans changes.
